SHOWKACE provides a subscription-based marketing platform built specifically for contractors and home trade professionals. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• Functional, lead-generating contractor website design.
• Instant web chat to mobile SMS functionality.
• Missed call text back automation.
• 5-star Google review funnel and reputation management.
• Local SEO foundation and meta setup.
• Business phone and all-in-one messaging inbox.

The current subscription price is $247 per month with no setup fees and no contracts. Pricing is subject to change with prior notice to existing subscribers.

By subscribing to our Services, you authorize SHOWKACE to charge the monthly subscription fee of $247 to your designated payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Billing occurs on the same calendar day each month as your original subscription date.

• No setup fees: We do not charge setup fees for building your initial system.
• No contracts: There are no long-term contracts or cancellation penalties.
• Payment processing: All payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card details.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to retry. Services may be paused if payment is not resolved within 7 days.
• Price changes: We may adjust pricing for new subscribers at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price change applies to their account.

Our Services include SMS text messaging capabilities, including missed-call text-back, lead follow-up, appointment reminders, review requests, and marketing campaigns. By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages, you agree to the following terms governing our SMS program:

• Consent: By checking the consent box on our forms and providing your phone number, you provide your express written consent to receive SMS messages from SHOWKACE at the telephone number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and active campaigns. You may receive multiple messages per week.
• Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile service plan.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe and stop receiving further messages. Reply START or UNSTOP to resume.
• Support: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email support@showkace.com.
• Carrier disclaimer: Participating carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No sharing for marketing: Your mobile number will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

You acknowledge that providing your phone number and consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP, though standard message and data rates may apply.

SHOWKACE provides marketing tools and systems designed to help contractors generate leads and grow their business. However, we do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to the number of leads, phone calls, reviews, search rankings, revenue, or return on investment.

Your success depends on multiple factors outside our control, including your commitment to using the system, the quality of your workmanship, your responsiveness to leads, your overall advertising strategy, market conditions, and competition in your service area.

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. To cancel, contact us at support@showkace.com or through your client portal at app.showkace.com.

• Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the Services until that date.
• Upon cancellation, you will lose access to all features, automations, and systems we set up for you, including your website if hosted by SHOWKACE.
• Refund policy: Due to the custom nature of the work involved in building your marketing system, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once charged. You may, however, export any data you provided to us prior to cancellation.
• If you cancel within the first 7 days of your initial subscription and before your system has been built, you may request a full refund.

To enable us to provide the Services effectively, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete business information during onboarding.
• Provide branding assets, logos, photos, and content in a timely manner when requested.
• Maintain the accuracy of your Google Business Profile and other third-party accounts connected to our Services.
• Respond to leads and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, including those governing SMS marketing, email marketing, and consumer privacy.
• Not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

All content, software, designs, logos, and materials provided by SHOWKACE, including the Site, our branding, and our proprietary systems, are the intellectual property of SHOWKACE and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You retain ownership of all content and materials you provide to us, including your business name, logo, photos, and reviews. You grant SHOWKACE a limited license to use these materials solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

Upon cancellation, any website built by SHOWKACE remains our property unless a separate written agreement transfers ownership to you. You may request a copy of your provided content at any time.

Our Services integrate with third-party platforms and tools, including Google, Facebook, SMS providers, payment processors, and analytics services. SHOWKACE is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or functionality of these third-party services. You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party services you connect to your SHOWKACE account.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHOWKACE and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to SHOWKACE in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SHOWKACE and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your infringement of third-party rights, or the content and information you provide to us.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to SHOWKACE or other users. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any specific results will be achieved.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which SHOWKACE is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction located in that state.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
